They may have sold some at lower prices and they book large positions at a big discount because of their inability to turn it all into cash.
Further, just as the street got overoptimistic when they ran it to $60, they are overdoing it now. But, much of what made WCAP what it is today is done with,over, kaput.

Can you be sure they wont continue to invest in things that wont work out ? Why no insider buying or share buyback ? Why tbe silly announcement regarding paying back a puny $1 debenture ?
