Because even though I was buying the stock, I did not think the impetus was there a few months ago to get very excited about it or take a huge position. But several factors have come together in the past few weeks for MEDM: the insider buying, a profitable earnings report, the mandating of one of MEDM's products by Congress, the accumulation of 10% of the stock by a hedge fund, and the huge runup in their partner MEDC. These are the reasons I am buying the stock more aggressively here in anticipation of a run during the next few weeks.
