Most KLIC investors hope that you are right. But what would you call it if it settles a whole lot lower.

Admirable post, Sam.

The cash flow link you provided in #4542 was through 1999. The situation has improved dramatically since then. Also recall they had a $150+ million convertible offering over the summer (that went towards the CerProbe purchase) and (if I recall correctly) they have a ~$250 million line of credit available.

The industry may be going through some turbulent times at the moment but company specific concerns for Klic, especially its cash flow, are not at issue here. As that S&P article highlighted, both Klic and Ter are experiencing similar problems in the backend...that will likely be resolved in the next 3-6 months.
