I am confident that commencement of trading is substantially controlled by NASDAQ, not SWTX. Notwithstanding that, your other comments are interesting. Given the potential of the company, I would think any takeover price would probably be in the range of $6-9/sh because of the Company's strong future potential. A price of 1 times sales would be around $12/share. The company could easily generate $1.50/sh in cash flow and at least $1/sh in earnings in 2001--notwithstanding shareholder law suits and more management mistakes.
