Stock Profit-- The very fact that you made a "should be decided on merits only" argument indicates you're not aware how the legislative process really operates. It's one thing to be uninformed about how the legislative process really works; quite another to insist that it work the way you think it should. Had I approached every legislative fight I've been in with a "it should work according to my rules" mentality I would have zero wins.
