i said flat- i stand corrected- but the point still stands. yes, earning have gone up- but that is based re lower taxes, buybacks, etc. and revenue growth has been anemic

IBM's revenues have not been flat. Rather low to mid single digits. They have been growing earnings for quite awhile now. So while it could be a potential problem in the
fuure it hasn't been except for a quarter here and there.


Even with an optimistic projection for the 4th quarter, the average revenue growth over the past 5 years is 4.5%. This is an abysmal showing by any standards......even more incredible when you look at the success of the competition.
