The networks will not announce a state until that state's polls close. That is the agreement they made in exchange for getting exit poll data.

BTW, all these polls are nice, and many are accurate, but volatile because of the undecideds and the Nader factor and the likelihood of voting.

Exit poll data is the closest thing on the planet to a perfect predictor. The confidence tolerances border on 100 %.

Lastly, on the east Coast, what time do the networks start to report? Even though I'm resigned to a loss, Tues night shall be quite fun!

For the earliest results check out Matt Drudge's site @ www.drudgereport.com. He's supposedly going to be transmitting the exit polling data before the polls close.
