Give me a break. Nearly every brokerage firm has NASD violations, including Merrill Lynch, Prudential, Smith Barney, blah blah blah. Nearly every market maker has violations including the big firms like NITE, HRZG, and MASH. The only reason that you would post such irrelevant nonsense is because you are trying to mislead someone. What does this have to do with Gum Tech, or even Roger May?? Nothing, that's what. I have personally spoken to Roger and consider him to be very honest and of the highest integrity. Just because he likes a company that you are short doesn't make him a scoundrel. For someone whose moniker means Seek the Truth, you sure do Seek the Lies. What a jacka$$.
