Hi Das, I agree with you too, but I don't have a set limit. Although sometimes I wish I did! I try to balance my confidence, the market, and my allocation before I cover a short for a loss. Sometimes, I won't average up and will just hang on to the short and wait it out. Of course, I fret like crazy while I'm waiting. But like yourself, my funds are also limited so minimizing risk is important. A strategy like yours is appealing to me. Thanks, Steve h
