Solectric, in fairness, I believe Alan Greenspan is an independent who's basic philosophy is Randian. You're right though, he was first appointed by a Republican.

I'm very aware who Alan Greenspan is and who appointed him. That was my point. Clinton/Gore tried to take credit for the economy when in essence they didn't do anything but benefit from Greenspan's management for 8 years.
