You're right about that Mike. Greenspan was a member of Rand's inner circle.

I used to have a pile of old Objectivist newsletters from the mid 60s. Greenspan had an article in one that talked about how great it is to be on the gold standard.

I think he's modified a few of his positions since those days. :)
