That's interesting. First, shouldn't All of the talk about Houston being the smoggiest city in the US... read "The fact that Houston is one of the smoggiest..."? Also interesting is that while pollution levels are DROPPING here in California they are RISING in Texas. Is their gas different than ours? Let me answer that tough question for you. Yes, Texas has some really bad gas that causes more and more pollution. I think Texass should keep their gas to themselves.
