- Commerce, Capstone, & Cash add up to a net asset value of $12.96. Yet WCAP's closing stock price was $9. All based on 6/30/00's finl's

- WCAP has 5.8 mill shs o/s on fully dilluted basis

- cash of $19 mill or $3.28/share

- Capstone Turbine Corporation, CPST, 112,500 shs X $45 = $4.9 mill or $.87/share

- Commerce One, CMRC $73/share X 700k shares = $51 mill; or $8.81/share

- Plus, they have a ton of other incubators, & the valuation of the stock is obscenely cheap - or at least this is how it appearst to me unless someone can prove me wrong somehow. Thanks

Bad Quotes

JR,

WCAP is not at $20.00.....it closed Friday at $9.00.

You may want to check your computer...or use another quote service. You may be getting very old quotes.

Knowing what the stock is trading for today is important, not just in value investing, but for any type of investing.

Good Luck
