"We" will have a 2.4 kernel, ext2, KDE Conqueror, ext2 file auto-recognize-hardware, auto-XKfree86 version of Linux out in 4-6 months. That is the Linux OS distributor we are investing in hope, hope, hope. If we can ge the brain dead finance-investment people to drop their colouring books for ten minutes tolisten. I won't say you can beat Red Hat. You can't fight 90 million dollars. The industry is too mature. there is nothing wrong with Red Hat. There is nothing wrong with GNOME. But we can do other things too. There are more niches in Linux than a 90 year old granny.

The surface has hardly been scratched. Pretty soon the people will learn that XML is virus free and they can shhhhhhhhhhhhhh! ... share business rules documents across the internet.. yes the internet... not the www or gopher space.. (poor much underused gopher space) or mail.. the Internet! I tried to explain to some poor schmuck who wanted to index law rules for I guess lawyers and criminals, that XML (JUMBO browser) would browse a MOLECULE and actively add ELEMENTS to it properly according to chemistry and show colour, M weight, valence, enthalpy, suggest reactions, and rotate the molecule in 3D space. The guy figures this is irrelevant! Schmuck. CONCEPTS people. CONCEPTS... oh gawd I forgot I was talking to people who figure they can analyze potential by asking idiots whether they want to buy something based on their @!$!@#$ upped explanation and lies about it.
