It is a good read and has some merits, however, I do have some reservations about the depth of his allegations.

Seems to me that math prof from Kitco is barking up the wrong tree. Barrick is able to do better than the current market price because it still has contracts from years ago when the price was higher. He says why don't wheat farmers do this, but actually they do! So do oil producers, etc.
