AMD good for Intel's GM?

I was interested to see that claim by Intel. The problem I have is I cannot see how they can do this. Look at the recent spate of price cuts, Celeron pricing is down to Duron pricing and headed for the K6. PIII pricing will be on par with Athlon pricing by Q1 if Intel does it's traditional post-Christmas price cuts. Since Intel will be constrained by the number of RIMMs available for the P4, they have to be planning on moving a huge amount of Xeons and portable chips to keep their GM in the 63% range.
