Some form of voter qualification is urgently needed. Without it, the "everybody can vote" democracy is doomed.

I think that voter testing or poll taxes are interesting ideas in this vein. They were horribly misused at one time, but this does not mean that they are bad ideas per se, nor that they could not be administered fairly now.

Poll taxes are truly evil. From what I've seen this weekend most on this board couldn't pass voter testing without some serious homework.

Guns are a good bet no matter who wins the election. RGR looking good.

I think I'll opt for a real one rather than a paper one.
