...and are those servicemen aware that Bush missed an entire yr of active duty from the military...how can you explain that?

An article several days ago stated that the ballots had not arrived at many overseas military posts, and expressed doubt that they would get there in time. Haven't seen an update. These US military personnel deserve to have their ballots delivered by emergency military airlift, if that's what it takes to get them theere.
