Yes, I agree. I'm just not sure he was the best. Most liberals would cite FDR (I would not). I would say that my three favorites were: Reagan, Truman, and Nixon. Sure Nixon was paranoid, but his foreign policy with the USSR and China was as important as Truman's and Reagan's contributions in that area. BTW, I am giving credit to their Administrations as much as I am to the Presidents.
