Obviously I disagree with your analysis of GWB and his record as governor. But more to the point, I was just posting what I heard the radio jock say. The calls he said he received were overwhelmingly positive for Bush. Sounds like most people in Michigan (and I suspect most people in general) don't give a hoot about a 24 year old DUI. JLA

Such a sublime revelation to admit public reaction to Clinton & Co. has driven this nation to such an extreme as to elect Bush. Just another case of voting with their boots instead of their minds.

I can see the history books 1000 years from now: "Americans in a frantic dash to escape Clintionism, were catapulted on a suicidal plunge back to the stone age. Ralph Nader, an environmental leader of the time was overjoyed, exclaiming "I just love it when a plan comes together"
