<<Lmne...gets the money>> I haven't gone back and looked at the prospectus, but I can't image that it would be structured as anything other than a new issue of shares by LMNE. This IPO (although it benefits all of use MRVC longs) is being done to (i) start the process of making LMNE independent (essential to interest the likes of Spivey in running the show) and (ii) fund the initial working capital of LMNE. MRVC have been ways of using $200MM plus than funding LMNE's working capital. Zach
