Well, I agree with you here as well. I think we get a one term guy regardless of who wins. They've both promised way more than they can possibly deliver and 4 years from now we will be seeing the winner eating his words.

But you just never know.

You might be right, at least if Bush appoints extremely well-qualified cabinet members and he does what they tell him, and if he can gain the respect of foreign leaders, and if the House goes Democratic. I think there would be a significant difference when it comes to the appointment of judges, particularly to the Supreme Court. I would prefer Gore making those selections.
