Here,here! Thank you IQBAL. I've been surprised to see a lack of basic knowledge concerning economic growth and the proven fallacy of penalizing capital (hurting all),here on S.I. of all places.(!,?) Throughout S.I. it seems that principles I took as a given among investors (unintended consequences of govt. intervention, the Laffer curve,etc.) are forgotten or unknown. Scary and Frustrating.

<<two important events one is CSCO earnings today I expect them to be good and second with much higher intensity the election results tomorrow, I hope that one party may not sweep the Presidency and the control of the Congress that would be short term negative, a divided Presidency favourably with Bush and Senate in hands of Republicans with House in hands of Democrat would be ideal combo for the market..>> The CSCO earnings came on line, now I hope we are right on hte other part of the prediction that would be good for our market positions in mO and MSFT..gg
