You can't possibly be as stupid as you sound. KIS-- It is so simple enough for you isn't it? Yeah, I agree it sounds and looks bad. But, you'd be surprised at what is allowed and disallowed in terms of electioneering. Absentee ballot sites may not be subject to the same rules as a regular polling place. Laws differ by states. They still got in the van because the offer of a ride was good enough without the promise of smokes which came after apparently? As I said I'd like more detail.
