For some reason I always attributed that to Mark Twain. You know, "The reports of my death are greatly exagerated". Here's a variation of the "don't argue with idiots" quote that I found by searching Yahoo: Never argue with idiots. They'll drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience. Wise words, IMO. Don't argue with anybody. Either pull out a gun or walk away. (Translation: Arguing isn't about who's right and who's wrong, its about trying to impose your will on others.) Chris
