yesterday Gore talked about how the supreme court is just slightly against antitrust actions and how it would become even more so were Bush allowed to win. Marginally OT: Oh no. Was it in the same (sighing!) breath as how they are just going to pollute the air, appoint only strict constructionist Judges to the SC-with the sole agenda of Roe vs. Wade in mind, poison the water, hurt seniors and children, help big oil & HMOs, and give tax breaks to mostly the rich(!)? Sounds to me like precursor sounds, of a squealing pig about to be stuck by jury, and bled of some of its centralized power and "progress". Just think of _all_ that good work they have accomplished, that may be at stake now. <vbg>
