Steven: Go back and reread the agreement. MOT has acquired a CDMA2000 license from QCOM and agreed to pay the MARKET rate. This royalty rate is higher than the earleier rates for CDMAone. MOT is still debating with QCOM on WCDMA.

MOT pays the same royalties for newly issued patents as generally paid by the industry.
