RE: "Application Against Marsfontein Joint Venture Dismissed"... From what I see, this was known in SAfrica, but we missed it up here (or was it just me?) Wouldn't any price weakness due to worry of this outcome be settled now? Talk on SH is some British houses are dumping at market(It was something to that effect). Do they know something we don't? Worried about mining in Africa in general? The market action of the last few days is worrisome, to say the least. Even more worrisome is the silence on this and SW. Is it just me who's in the dark?? A new, depressed hamster.
