Hamilton.... in the old days, they were known for small glass syringes that fit into a "clicker" which dispensed the contents in 25 equal volumes.

Those of us who did MHC serology lived with them, just as we guarded our ultralow freezers and/or liquid nitrogen tanks (frozen complement sources) 24 hours a day. They've always been a "second fiddle" player in the realm of automated dispensing (robotics), but it's largely been a marketing issue, IMO, rather than one of quality. They have years of experience under their belts, and a tradition of serving the most demanding of scientists.

Tuck, have you considered LEXG as a trickle play?
They Gene -Knockout mice and bioinformatics for drug discovery. Lexicon has partnerships with big drug companies (BMY, AHP, DD, Searle, Bayer) and biotechs (LGND, Tularik, MLNM etc.). Not cheap, based on a revenue of 5M$ last quarter and a market cap of 750M$. But they have got 200M$ in cash and lots if IP,IMO.
