Let me jinx it by saying: I really think that CSCO will have to guide lower -- think of the implications if they fudge for a quarter after all these other Telco equip providers have admitted what is coming ... then the sh*t really hits the fan ...

A federal judge has allowed Sumitomo Corp. to pursue a lawsuit
alleging that J. P. Morgan and Chase Manhattan bear liability in the
1996 scandal in which a Suitomo copper trader racked up losses of
$2.8 billion. These two banks, Morgan and Chase, secretly lent funds
to trader Yasuo Hamanaka even though they knew he lacked authority to
receive such credit and they knew Hamanaka was manipulating the
copper market with their assistance. Hamanaka received 8 years in
prison. Let's see how many Morgan and Chase executives go to jail
after they lose this case.
