I don't think so. If Bush wins, that means, among other things, a major house cleaning at the DOJ, with Reno and her minions heading out the door. That's good for MSFT, good for free markets, good for civil liberties, and good for the economy in general. Again, if Bush wins, I personally expect to see MSFT in triple digits by the end of the year.
