68% I'll take your word. Pardon me. I rounded up. As for voter turnout, I suspect it was very low. However, people tend not to vote when things are good. Turnout tends to be higher when people are seeking a change. The Bush record in Texas is enviable. Comparing resumes, he is more prepared than Clinton was. I suspect you feel Clinton has done OK and therefore your shouldn't worry too much about Bush. JLA
