Well, that is at least a defensible position. In the end, a good deal depends on what one's principal objectives are. Want more local autonomy? From consolidated educational grants to the possible overturning of Roe v. Wade, that goal is best pursued through Bush. Want more Federal control of issues? Vote for Gore, and increase the scope of federal regulation and interference in regional, state, and municipal affairs..........
