Interesting side effect of the Nader vote is they will probably influence Senate and House races in favor of the Democrats. Many of them are young people who would otherwise not vote.

It's a true indictment of the sorry state of public education when so many young people believe that the tired old Marxist economic views of Ralph Nader represent hope for the future. Really sad.

I doubt it. Nader needs that 5%, regardless of how close it is. His people know that. Helping Gore and the Democrats in any way hurts the Green Party.

The vote swapping was a very creative idea. It ensures Nader will get his 5%. In 2004 Democrats will have a distinct disadvantage. Could this be the beginning of the end for the Democrat Party as we know it?
