LNUX....The CEO at LNUX, Larry Augustine, said that repeat business is strong with existing customers while sales to new customers in the dot.com sector were below expectations.

LNUX is pursuing a strategy to attract new customers, especially large corporate and enterprise accounts as opposed to the smaller dot.com customers.

Since this type of strategy will take a significant amount of time, no impact on first quarter results should be expected, says Augustine.

Walter Winnitzki, analyst at Chase H&Q has a lot of faith in the stock. It just will take a couple of quarters to recover.

Not a stock for those looking for a quick recovery adds Winnitzki.

Chief competitors of LNUX are Microsoft and Red Hat.

LNUX is expected to break even by the end of 2001 concludes Mullany.
