CSCO generates $500M in postive cash flow each month. If you owned the company you could pocket that...

As for valuations... you have to go by market prices. JNPR is overvalued - no doubt but CSCO core router business should be valued at 3 times that of JNPR's and given current valuations this would be $180B.. I valued CSCO's core router business at $100B... conservative given JNPR's valuation but still overpriced.... but that is what the market is willing to pay.
