no trade- thanks paul. i trade sndk from 52 to 59 1/2 last week, like the chart, like the PE, don't really understand the issues in the trial. SNDK makes flash memory and that seems to be in huge demand. there is concern INTC will start manufacturing flash memory i guess, which would be a problem. also lexar and sndk have counter-claims on patents, but SNDK seems to be in a much stronger legal position. will wait and watch for low 50's, but did just nibble a bit at 56 1/4. larry
