Live Headline 06-Nov-00 15:06 ET Kulicke & Soffa (KLIC) 11 25/32 +1/32 ( -0.3%): After listening to company's conference call, Merrill Lynch lowering its calendar 2000 earnings estimate by 27% to $1.68 and slashing its calendar 20001 view by almost 91% to $0.25 (from $2.65). KLIC explained in the call that larger Asian subcontractors pushed out shipments from the current quarter and continued to delay new orders. VERY NEGATIVE FOR THE SEMIS...it's getting worse before it gets better...
