Some of our schools in Palm Beach county have 20% Haitian students and lot of them don't speak English but Creole. Creole isn't even a defined written language. Talk about teacher overload.
Dade county (Miami) is another story. English is a second language in a lot of places.
This is also a major drag on the school system.
These problems need to addressed now...on the local level, as Bush says...

People out West just don't understand.
