What about their debt? They are fully funded. They need no more debt funding. It never ceases to amaze me that the market doesn't seem to differentiate between those fully funded and those that aren't.

I've read that a Gore win would be preferable for the telecommunications stocks. Why is that, in your opinion? Does it have to do with the replacement of FCC Chairman Kennard, who has been accomodative to clecs?

Any thoughts on what can turn this sector around, and GBLX in particular?
