Scumbria, for how long would you need to keep the current job to get (most of) the benefits?

If it's a year or two, maybe you can get the best of both options.

Doug

If I keep the current job, I get to show the family the world.

Does the family want to see the world? Or do you want to see the great outdoors? Live a little.

Scumbria,

I lived in Fort Collins for about 10 years. A wonderful place -- especially to raise a family -- with few big city problems. If you're going to Colorado Springs, you have my condolences.

Regards,
Pravin.

If I switch jobs, I can coach the kid's soccer teams. If I keep the current job, I get to show the family the world. I have one hour to decide. What would you chose?

I wish I was kidding

Go local...there are a lot of jobs; only one time your kids will be young.
