This should help drive demand for DMC products such as Altium, DX-R, and Millenium: Message 14740142 Mobile phone service suppliers will need to boost the backhaul capacity of their networks in anticipation of increased data traffic from these 3G phones that will offer internet access at rates up to 2.4 Mbps. According to this press release, chip sets offering this 1xEV standard should be available in quantity by Q3 CY01... thus phones employing these chip sets should be available by Q4 CY01. The service suppliers' backhaul infrastructure (composed of DMC radios) will need to match this schedule in order to offer services. With Millenium due by Q2 CY01 and Millenium II due by Q3 CY01... the timing couldn't be better for STXN. Rob
