He got the idea from Bill Clinton, only AL Gore was too stupid to realize that was one of Bill's best pick up lines. that was just another code name for bill's #@@*ie, sometimes referred to as " the package" secret excerpts and omitted testimony from the transcripts of the hearings, and the Starr Report.
