yep...look at goodwill and purchased intangibles...up 400m. to nearly 4,5 bn. of course all these figures absolutely PALE when compared to the market cap. noteworthy also that the 'investments' category has seen a $1,8bn. decline. presumably some mark-to market? or due to the sale of investments to make the number? also, receivables had to be adjusted for $100m. in defaults from vendor financing.
that's just the tip of the oncoming iceberg imo, if the economic slowdown intensifies.
