stomp,

See the following historical quotes for RMBS.....

chart.yahoo.com

RMBS has 'NEW' gaps from the close on 10/31 from $44 15/16 to $$47 9/16.... the low of the day on 11/1.......

Another gap exists from the close on 11/1 from $48 5/8 to $50.... the low of the day on 11/2........

One more 'NEW' gap exists from the close on 11/2 from $50 5/8 to $53 7/8 ..... the low of the day on 11/3.

The only way to close a gap is to have the gap filled (up or down) after it has been created.

Hope that helps. BTW, I understand that some TA guys feel ALL gaps must be eventually filled..... others, like JW, think gaps are bunk.... worthless poo poo & will bitchslap you for worrying about them...... & others feel that some gaps may be left open if there is compelling news that changes the underlying fundamentals of the company.......

Was the Epidia & Samsung signing to pay royalties to RMBS compelling????

Ö¿Ö
