Razor, <<let me know>> OK, but it may not be for some time, if ever. The fundamentals for this pig look worst every time they put out paperwork. There may not be much left to invest in. I expect the following to move the price lower:
1. The reverse should drive the stock price to at least 1/2 the presplit price.
2. Tax loss selling will continue to depress price until the last week of December.
3. They sell their only near term income producing resources (cash cow).
4. Dilution begins (floorless convertible, and/or cash generation).

There may be a reasonable January bounce if the company can engineer a floorless debenture buyback before significant dilution begins. That may be an entry point.

Razor, <<let me know>> HEC is getting close to my interest area of <$2.50. However, I would like to see a massive investor capitulation before seriously considering any buying. There are also a number of beat up techs which may have a better January effect than Harken. You wanted to know, I'm beginning to watch HEC more closely.
