If this is the case we are lucky we acquired over 50% of the company in the first place??

One thought I keep having is that if there is any conflict between MMI and TS it would not happen if the product was a flop. Greed and power become powerful forces only when you are sitting on something worth fighting over. Worst case scenario is that MMI owns 50% of this project. I doubt they would let go of it for anywhere even close to where the current MMI market is trading.

My question becomes "If in fact TS goes looking to other avenues for financing does a clause exists which allows MMI to maintain > 50% of TS."

Maybe you are right in suggesting a buyout of MMI is imminent????

Hi Jerry

You may be right, but that should still be OK for us. I hope that TS would offer 3 bucks Canadian a share. I doubt we will get any of their shares, as far as I know they are still basically a private company.

This is a great move. Mamma is a great search engine, almost as good as Google, and better than Northernlight.

Remember we bought into this thing over 3 years ago, at around 0.30 thinking they were going to find diamonds in Alberta. They didn't but JG pulled a rabbit out of a hat.

I think the upside is considerably less than was expected some months ago, and some of my posts over the past few months reflect that. Still it is a hit. So I plan to take it and see if I can lose the money elsewhere. I might get lucky. I like VUL, CQV, and GTT. Also EAR was halted at their request after a 20+ cent run up. They will be good too. Also an old favorite of mine PAS.TO is stirring.

Take care

Bruce
