Bottom line - if you wouldn't do it with your first infant kid in the back seat, don't do it (at) all. Most of us have driven impaired in one way or the other, whether it's alcohol, drugs, fatigue, or a busted arm. Use your judgement and take responsibility.

Any of you US-based AM radio'ers hear any early returns? Can't find anything on the net.
