Campaign finance reform will never happen. The most egregious example of campaign finance abuse is the buying of votes by Republicans with the use of taxpayer funds thinly disguised as tax credits and deductions to corporations.

I'll agree to dissolving the social welfare programs if all tax deductions are revoked. Pay as you play. I've spoken with sooo many wealthy people who claim they don't pay any taxes it makes me sick!
