Huh?? What turnip cart have You fallen from, asenna1?? Clinton/Gore restarted the cold war with the screw up in Kosovo. Remember whose "watch" bombed the Chinese Embassy?? The tragedy of the last 8 years is that Clinton/Gore totally blew the "sweet spot" in foreign affairs that existed with Reagan/Bush winning the cold war and Iraq. Clinton/Gore's incompetence has forced the US to increase military spending from the "Strategic pause" which we had been enjoying. By placing too many missions on too few resources, Clinton/Gore have worn out our remaining equipment and depleted spare parts reserves. Professional historians will be having a field day with these two bozos for the next 100 years.
